TASTING OF PREMIUM WINES FROM THE SOUTH OF FRANCE
Our wine experts are on hand to help you discover an incredible diversity of premium cuvées from the Languedoc-Roussillon terroir: reds, whites and rosés, the orange wines, but also Crémants de Limoux or Clairette d'Adissan, vins doux naturels... for exceptional horizontal and vertical tastings.
The Gérard Bertrand boutique is the ideal place to discover the terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon: La Clape, witness to the history of the Château over several millennia; Corbières-Boutenac with Château de Villemajou Grand Vin, the genesis of the Bertrand family story, where it all began; Languedoc Cabrières, cradle of rosé wines under Louis XIV, and many other equally prestigious appellations.

ORGANIC AND BIODYNAMIC WINES
Putting nature at the heart of Gérard Bertrand's work has always been a strong commitment.
Biodynamic viticulture is a veritable philosophy of life, in which the winemaker is a component of the world around him. The winemaker takes care of the earth, in order to strengthen it, not exhaust it.
Gérard Bertrand's wines are the result of the work of nearly 1,000 hectares of vines in the Occitanie region, cultivated using natural methods, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The choice of this method of cultivation is not the simplest or easiest route, but from this hard work exceptional wines are created, in line with the desire to contribute to a better world.
In addition to obtaining the Agriculture Biologique and Demeter (Biodynamic) labels, many wines also have the "Bee Friendly" label, which aims to safeguard bees and other pollinators.
PARCEL WINES
Some estates and châteaux have vineyards within their boundaries that benefit from an extraordinary location, due to their geographical position and soil composition. These exceptional parcels of vines are isolated from the rest of the estate, in order to produce exceptional wines.
All Gérard Bertrand estates produce several wines from different parcels:

- L'Hospitalitas
- L'Aigle Royal (Pinot noir & Chardonnay
Produced in very small quantities, these premium wines come from parcels of old vines with exceptional topography, microclimate and exposure, creating unique wines that reveal the soul of their terroir.
OLD VINTAGES
The Château l'Hospitalet cellar houses a collection of 19 vintages of vins doux naturels from 1977 to 1875, from different terroirs: Rivesaltes, Banyuls and Maury.
These tiled wines with exceptional ageing potential are here at the peak of their potential:
